Wedding Album Flip Through | Studio Sample Album

Weddings

July 19, 2015

For a long time I have been wanting to add video blogging (vlogging) to my website. There are so many topics that could be covered using video in place of words because, well – sometimes video can speak louder. In this case, I definitely believe that to be true!

Over the past year I have had the honor of working with brides from all over the world. I have a bride who lives in Hawaii, a couple who lives in Texas, another who resides in Indiana. And when it came time for us to hold their consultations (view more on that, here) most of them opted to hold their consults over Skype or Google Hangout. Doing this has it’s advantages, as we were able to see each other and hold items up to the camera for them to see. Unfortunately, because we weren’t face-to-face they couldn’t see and touch a sample wedding album. I love when I have the chance to put a tangible product into a bride’s hands! She gets to feel the thickness of it’s pages, see the image quality of the prints, and run her hands along the linen covers. Nothing beats seeing a sample in person!

However, I understand that’s not always possible. So in order to show off the studio sample album we have, I’ve created this short and cute little flip through video. The sample is meant to be created so brides and grooms are able to see and feel the quality of the album itself. But also so they’re able to see the design of the layouts. In the coming months I will be designing and shipping out several wedding albums with images captured at real weddings and I will posting more of these flip-through videos so you can see what a real wedding album looks like! In the meantime, this sample is a perfect example of the quality of the real albums now being delivered to clients.

Our wedding albums are covered in high quality linen, chosen to best match each client’s own wedding colors. The size of the album with the covers closed is 10×10, with covers open the album is 20×10. The images are professionally printed on thick photographic paper to prevent easy bending or damage. Each album includes 10 spreads, or 20 full pages. Additional choices added to the albums that any client can purchase are: favorite image inlayed on the front cover, additional spreads/pages, debossing name and wedding date on the front cover, as well as upgrading to a leather cover. All album layouts are designed digitally and presented to the client to request revisions, if needed. Once the client approves their digital layout, the album is sent off for printing and shipped in a protective box to prevent damage in transit.

*Images in this album were captured at the Katie Nesbit Photography Wedding Workshop.

Each album is designed with the purpose of telling the full story of your wedding day, from the details all the way through to your final dance or special exit. Not only will your album act as a great way to showcase your images, but it also preserves the romance of the day so your story can be told time and time again. This album is the legacy you’ll leave your children, which shows them how it all started.

Make sure you drop back by to see even more flip-through videos, coming soon!!
