The second I arrived to The Tidewater Inn in Easton, Maryland for Lindsey and Justin’s wedding was the second I felt like I was walking into a room full of my own extended family. Hugs were passed around, tears were shed, and we talked about how Lindsey’s morning went. You never would have known that it had been almost a year since I last saw them! As I walked around the bridal suite collecting Lindsey’s details I watched as she was surrounded by her bridesmaids. I knew immediately how much she was loved by each of them and how excited they all were to see her step into her wedding gown. This was more than just a wedding day! This was the day two souls were united in love. And everyone there felt the energy that seemed to crackle through the room. We were itching for Lindsey and Justin to see each other for the first time!
As Lindsey was preparing to step into her wedding gown, there was audible tone that passed through the room. It was almost as if we were all holding our breath. Her sweet mother helped to zip up the back of her dress. And as Lindsey turned around to face her maids, the tears started to flow. Almost instantly Lindsey’s father walked in her bridal suite and if you weren’t crying yet…you surely were now! This was the first time I had the honor of meeting Lindsey’s father and it will be a moment I will never forget!!
Time seemed to fly past us so quickly that day, and I’m a full believer it was because every moment was so special and these two made everything SO much fun. From Lindsey’s contagious laugh to Justin’s sweet spirit, every little detail was infused with the purpose of the two of them being united, together.
It was an absolute honor of mine to not only provide them with a legacy they’ll pass along to their children and grandchildren, but it was also an honor to witness a love as strong as the one they share. This is a day I’ll never forget! And I’m sure their friends and family feel the exact same way!

If you ever want to stop traffic in Easton, Maryland one way to do that is to have a beautiful bride lead her 20-person wedding party across the road! Trust me…we stopped traffic!
The tears and emotion during a wedding ceremony are JUST as, if not more, real and genuine even if you have a First Look like these two did. Their reaction to each other throughout the day kept me tearing up as well!
Congratulations, Lindsey and Justin!!!! Here’s to many, many years of wedded bliss!
