Amanda and Tom chose to meet me at sunrise at the US Capitol Building in DC for their engagement session. What a beautiful fall morning!
Tiffany and Chris both have ties to Washington DC, so it was only natural that we meet there for their engagement portraits. The Washington National Cathedral was the most perfect location for them! Sunrise in DC is absolutely romantic.
Just before the rain came we had the opportunity to grab some “just married” portraits of Leigh and Hal in front of the church, before they were whisked away to meet their bridal party and guests at Old South Country Club. Their wedding went off with a bang – quite literally – as Hal walked out onto the green and let off two cannon shots in celebration of their love.
