Engagement season is upon us and I couldn’t be happier with the images captured during Ali’s and Josh’s portrait session!! Josh lives in the area and they both know Fells Point so well that they knew exactly where they wanted to go while we were together. I had a terrific time walking around the cobble stone historic streets and exploring Fells Point with them! I was able to see exactly how beautiful it is there, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Their session was another example to myself of why I needed to take some time away from my own little area and explore what’s around me.
Ali and Josh’s upcoming 2016 wedding will take place at the beautiful Legg Mason Tower, so it was only natural for us to capture their engagement portraits near the same location. What a wonderful way for them to showcase where their lives have started together! This sweet couple has shared the last 8 years together. They met at Josh’s high school prom and were immediately drawn to each other. The Penn State sweethearts stayed together through the remaining high school year and throughout college. And during a trip to England to visit extended family, he proposed! They were both very intentional with their wedding venue choice and after lots of research and scheduled tours, they decided the Legg Mason Tower with it’s beautiful views of Charm City would be perfect for them. I am absolutely smitten with these two and I’m thrilled with their engagement portraits! (Seriously…some of my all-time favorites!) I’m already counting down to their wedding day!
