AMANDA ADAMS PHOTOGRAPHY’S TOP PRIORITY WILL ALWAYS BE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS, PARTNERS AND STAFF.
Our commitment to a clean and safe environment,
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), it’s possible for the coronavirus to spread through touching a contaminated surface or being in close proximity of an infected person. Now more than ever, a clean space matters.
Standard cleaning protocol
Prior to each in-person consultation:
A location is chosen based on their safety measures. No touching will take place (even though I would love to give you a hug!), face coverings will be worn if the location requests it, distance will be maintained, and hands will be washed/sanitized properly.
We used recommendations from the CDC, the WHO and our local State to compile a list of additional precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in addition to our standard protocol.
To promote the health and safety of our communities, face coverings will be worn by AAP Staff as a venue or client requests it.
We space out in-person consultations to allow for sanitizing equipment and hands prior to the next consultation.
Hand sanitizers are with AAP Staff at all times, and disinfecting wipes are available to you upon request.
Social distancing will remain in effect during all times we are together, until the CDC recommends otherwise.
Venue Rules and Restrictions
AAP Staff will always follow venue rules and restrictions, including but not limited to:
- locations we're allowed access
- table seating arrangements
- face coverings
- social distancing
- capacity limitations
Working with Vendors
AAP Staff will always respect the boundaries set by other vendors at your event. It is very important for us to be mindful of people's personal space and wishes for their health. If they choose for us to remain at a distance, and wear face coverings while interacting with us then we will make sure to do the same.
